The two-story building standing on the corner plot at the intersection of Zemaiciu and P. Visinskio streets is another modern-looking work of engineer-architect Arnas Funkas. He designed the building in 1937. The composition of the main facade located on Zemaiciu Street is simple. It consists of two rows of narrow vertical windows complemented by straight horizontal bands below. The asymmetric composition is emphasized by the expressive part of the main entrance in the corner. The entrance itself is recessed, and above it is a small balcony, which is supported by a column. An important highlight of the building's exterior is the cylindrical two-story staircase volume, which is divided by vertical windows. All this creates a modern and original exterior of the building, which distinguishes it from the surrounding buildings. Inside the building were two apartments with kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, maids' rooms, and bathrooms.
