The design of the brick house by the owner Bronius Dailyde was submitted in 1935, and the construction started the same year. It was designed by architect Stasys Kudokas. The building has three floors: a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. In total, there are nine rooms in the house. The basement, as was customary, contains the caretaker's living quarters. The moderate architecture of the building is typical of individual interwar construction. The only decorative element is the abstract ornamentation on the main facade between the rows of windows on the ground floor and the first floor. The asymmetrical facade consists of three axes. The first axis is at the north part of the building, which contains the main entrance. At this axis, there are a band of windows on top of the door, divided by transoms. The central axis has rhythmically arranged windows on both floors. The south axis has the passageway to the courtyard, accentuated by the balcony on the second floor that covers it. The passageway is incorporated into the general internal area of the building either in the late Soviet or during the renovation of the building after the independence period. Today, the closed passageway is used as a shop, while the rest of the building is used for residential purposes.
