This three-story residential building, built in 1936 according to the project of architect Vytautas Landsbergis-Zemkalnis, is an interesting example of modernist architecture in Kaunas. The building has an irregular plan and a massive volume. The asymmetric facade is dominated by a set of rectangular shapes. Window openings, some of which are angular, are rectangular with thick borders. The wall between them is punctuated by a three-story concave niche, at the bottom of which is a decorative vase. The asymmetric composition is emphasized by the deepened volume of the staircase and the main entrance. It is highlighted by the vertical glazed window opening. The plastered facade is complemented by the red brick columns of the corner windows. The aesthetics of the main facade are similar to the rear and side parts of the building. Here, the walls are divided by bold rectangular and circular window openings. There are also small balconies with metal railings. The upper part of the building is completed by a wide cornice and a pitched, tiled roof.
