Preston Scott Cohen is a full service firm created by the architect of the same name with a team of six architectural designers and two project architects. Commissions encompass projects of diverse scales and types including houses, educational facilities, cultural institutions and urban designs for private owners, government agencies and corporations.
Preston ScottCohen received his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1982 and 1983 (respectively). In 1985, he received his Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard GSD. Gaining professorship there in 2003, he also served as the Director of the Architecture degree program. In 2008, he was appointed Chair of the GSD, a position held just prior by Toshiko Mori, and at one point by Walter Gropius.…
